Very clean rooms, COMPETENT staff, good value. We liked street view and available amenities, including a heating system, a laptop-compatible safe and a writing desk.

It has been renovated only a few months ago therefore it is really clean and new.

I liked that we were offered two different size rooms for the same price. We chose the room with one double bed and a single bed in a separate room (Great for privacy--two males/1 female traveling). Location is great, walking distance to shopping/dining. 24/Hr customer service, helped us get taxis (very fast) and gave us directions to places that we wanted to go. Overall, great stay. Beds are fairly comfortable, everything was clean, good price, would stay again!

Central for all the sights of Palma, only 10 minutes walk to get to the start of the old part of the city. The hotel was a great price and very clean.

The room was recently renovated and spotless.They kindly let me park my bicycle indoors.
There was traffic noise from the busy street under the window. Then again there always is. If you want to sleep well, don't go to Spain :)

very clean and tidy- cleaned every day- good air com- comfy bed. 2 wardrobes- good reception.- great position for access to city. very easy to find- locals very friendly.
Thin walls- we heard next door having sex.- twice!! -not a complaint-just a note.- they proberbly could hear us. Could do with kettle- tea/coffee-water.- i get its not a spanish thing.

stuff helped us to plan our 2 days trip on the island. Drinkable water (cold and hot) was available in the lobby.
There was a computer at the lobby, which did not work for 2 days.

Very easy going and relaxed. Lovely staff who all spoke perfect English. Compact and very clean room. Five minutes stroll from train station and main bus stops. Definitely recommend.
